DOGE doing what Congress won't

A number of you became enraged by my comments on President Trump and Elon Musk and DOGE.  The fact of the matter is that many of his efforts, while technically correct, may fall afoul of the Constitution and will result in the Swamp seeking yet more impeachment charges against President Trump.  Back in 1982 President Reagan founded the Grace Commission which sought to do much of the same cutting of waste that President Trump is doing.  Unfortunately, Congress used the 47 volume report as nothing more than a doorstop.  Since 1937 Presidents have tried to drain the swamp.  Lets hope the courts and the Constitutionalists don’t block DOGE.  Legally, they can.  And this Presidential stubbornness should be the impetus for Americans to fix Congress in 2026 so the Swamp can continue to be drained.
