What does this mean? can this be a catalyst to getting more countries in Europe on board with adult-use cannabis?Is the California market going to collapse?? Is the cannabis taxes too high for businesses in California? There have been talks that the high taxes will cripple the industry with a collapse in the future if things don't change. Cali is a great example of what not to do when going adult-sue with the high taxes. It's ridiculous especially in a state that grows outdoors and it's easier to do. We go into detail discussing this topic is Cali cannabis going to collapse.The other topic we get into is saliva testing for cannabis is pretty inconclusive compared to alcohol swabbing. So in other terms, if you smoke cannabis a saliva test cant tell you how impaired you are at driving your vehicle. It's not like Alcohol which you can tell how impaired someone is by doing the saliva test.
