DoI Minister recognises concerns over 20mph

The infrastructure minister says her department will consult local authorities in all areas of the Island about implementing 20 mph zones in residential areas. Michelle Haywood is also urging members of the public to get involved and share their own views. Yesterday, Tynwald approved her department's implementation plan.
