Welcome to the Daily Bag podcast and my name is Tommy Israel. My mother did not give me that name. I gave myself that name with the hope that I can live by, stand by it. And when it's all said and done, I lived up to it.

So let's get right down to it. This thing is giving morning. This thing is giving morning. Four, 14 in the morning, am.

I'm up, been up for about an hour and shaking and baking. Getting ready for this beautiful day, which is special to me. Today is special to me. And I am not invited to know elaborate dinner.

I'm not invited to know no special things given party. Today is special to me. Today is special to me because I know in my heart that today, I promise myself today that I'm going to do the best that I can do today. Today, I got somebody planned out because I realize I'm not going to make a million dollars today.

That's clear. I'm not going to make a million dollars today. I'm not going to play in an NFL today when they come out by a tunnel and play for the things given football games. I'm not going to play in any of the college, great games that's going to go on today.

I'm not. I'm not. But I'm going to do what I can do. I told myself I'm going to run my most miles of that I ever ran.

I'm going to close the way down in anything, especially me. Because I know today. I know today that I'm going to do all that I can do, all that I can do. And that's what I can do.

I can put in 10 miles at the age of 50. I can give you 10 miles at the age of 50. Now, he might have 10 million. That's cool.

But he might get in 10 miles. And that might be cool with him. But I'm not going to worry about what he has. I'm going to worry about me today.

I'm going to give you the best that I can give. Because I suffer. I suffer. I suffer.

I suffer from falls and failures. And I spoke about it in prior podcast that mistakes get very, very expensive. That'd be expensive. So I suffer.

I'm in debt because of mistakes. I'm in debt. I'm in debt to mint you debt of mistakes. You know you go buy a car, you're in debt, you go buy a house, you're in debt, you go do some things, you're in debt.

I'm an extinct debt. You might be in a Christmas shopping debt. You might be in a Thanksgiving shopping debt. I'm in a state debt that I got to climb up.

So the only way to fix the patch up the suffering is by just doing all you can do today. It helps. It helps. I know that.

I know that. I know it. I do it. I do it.

It makes me feel good. And today I'm going to run 10 miles. You know why? You know why?

Because I'm going to be so good. It's going to bring me the joy. It's going to bring me the same dopamine. It's going to bring me the same joy.

So I'm going to put it in. I'm not going to suffer today. I'm not going to suffer today. I'm going to let the dopamine flow today by conquering.

By conquering. I'm going to die on that track today running through streets of New York. I'm going to die. Then stop and not get to that goal.

I've ever died. I've ever died from the heart. I've ever died. I'm going to push hard because at the end I know the dopamine flow continues throughout the day.

Everything else is bonus. Everything else for the day is bonus. It's bonus. I'm not going to make it.

I'm not going to make it million dollars a day, bro. Just not. I'm not going to change it. I'm not going to develop an app today that changes the world.

It changes the face of the behavior of the masses. I'm just not. But what I can do. What I can do is the best that I can do.

Because the only thing that matters. To get the dopamine flowing when the dopamine is flowing, it ain't over better feeling. It ain't over better feeling. Remember this is a conversation with myself.

And I give you the warrant and the permission to listen in as I go in this audio because this is my audio and one thing I'm going to tell you before I end this podcast. I told my man. I was talking to him the day. My man P.

He was building. I told him P. It's the same dopamine, bro. When you see now, I was talking about the story about when I came home from prison.

I got this saved up all my money for a year. I got my income tax and I bought this Jeep Cherokee, bro. A huge Jeep Cherokee. I'm going to start this car service with.

I got this huge Jeep Cherokee. And I remember coming down the crowded streets of 120 fish. I felt so good. Even though I had so many cars before this, this wasn't my best car ever, nothing.

But it felt so good. The dopamine was flowing so good that I want to pick my sneaker out, pick my feet out the window and I'm driving with one foot out the window. The dopamine was flowing, bro. And that would be my B.

I look at this clown, but they don't understand how good I felt. How great it felt that coming from prison and washing all those dishes for a year and saving up the money and buying that car. It's the same dopamine. If I had came down 125 fish in a Lamborghini with the top down, it's the same exact dopamine.

And today, my dopamine will flow and it will start with my 10-mile run and it will continue throughout the rest of the day. If I know I'll conquer the morning, I have the best odds, the best odds to conquer the rest of the day. My name is Tommy Israel. This is the Daily Bag podcast where I just go in my bag, grow and try to pull something out the motivate myself and if you grab a jewel, because grab it.

The bag is open for you. Dig your hand and then grab something. Grab it and take it with you, man. Keep in mind those dopamine.

And the last thing I'm going to tell you, the last thing I'm going to tell you is this. Just because they're heading, don't mean they better than you. Just keep that in mind. Just because they're heading, doesn't mean they better than you.

I'm gone, Tommy Israel.
