Doing Good in Our Community: Del Lago Community Giving

Today we chatted with Matt Ingold, Assistant General Manager of del Lago Resort & Casino, to talk about why giving back to the community is such an important part of what they do. Matt shares how del Lago’s charitable programs are making a real impact, including their Give 5 and Get 10 promotion, which has raised $179,000 this year, along with another $54,000 raised or donated through additional programs. One powerful example is their partnership with the Greater Cayuga SPCA. Money raised through Give 5 and Get 10 helped the SPCA purchase a new Humane Law Enforcement vehicle and just days later, that vehicle was put to work helping rescue more than 20 dogs from an animal abuse and hoarding case. It’s a conversation about giving back, supporting local organizations, and what can happen when businesses and communities come together to make a difference.
