doing hard things

This year for me was all about "doing hard things" and it was not easy (obviously lol). The act of doing said "hard things" has taught me a lot about myself and also about who I want to be. In today's episode I discuss all things challenges, experiences, resilience and what has helped me overcome some hard things this year. I also share a poem I wrote, and I hope you like it.
