Working remotely has many benefits, but it can take some thought, adjustment, and practice to do it well. Technology now enables us to do many different kinds of work from just about anywhere. And circumstances sometimes make it necessary for us to work from home or from somewhere other than the traditional workplace. Although working away from the office sounds like a great idea, it can also carry its share of challenges. There are good reasons why people gather to do work, and many of those positive group dynamics are absent when you’re working remotely. In this episode, Ralph and Kimberly discuss some of the unique challenges that arise when working away from a traditional workplace, and explore strategies for being productive wherever you are.
