This is taken from a video I posted on my Instagram @theauthenticselfcoach I get asked all the time by clients if doing the work, “works.” Does anything change? Does it get better? I was laughing with a best friend of mine recently, asking ourselves the same question: does the work ever end?! Because it feels like a bottomless, never ending, pit sometimes. I can say that yes, the work is so worth it because the true liberation we’re seeking, the “happiness,” the peace, only comes from the inside out. So if you’ve been doing the work, take a moment to reflect and see how far you’ve come. And if you’re in the midst of it (because, truly, it is forever evolving) than know that it is worth it. It may be hard. It may be scary. But it is so, damn, worth it. With love, Corinne
