DOJ confirms investigation into Utah's chief elections officer

We've known Utah's Lieutenant Governor has been in the crosshairs of the U.S. Department of Justice for a while now over her refusal to hand over private voter information. But overnight, we learned that Lieutenant Governor Deidre Henderson is under an official investigation.
