But a source tells MS NOW that the Justice Department could try to bring criminal charges of alleged mortgage fraud against James for a THIRD time. Plus, the DOJ is considering charging former FBI Director James Comey two weeks after the initial case was thrown out on the basis that Trump’s interim US Attorney Lindsey Halligan was unlawfully appointed.
