La poeta Dolors Miquel torna després d'un silenci llarg amb el pit adormit però la memòria molt viva. "El pit adormit", d'Edicions 62, és el seu últim llibre, una obra a mig camí entre unes memòries, la reflexió poètica o filosòfica i l'assaig. El va escriure durant el procés d'un càncer que li van diagnosticar fa cinc anys i hi aboca reflexions sobre el pit femení, la seva malaltia, la seva infantesa o la gira de recitals poètics del 1997 que va fer amb Enric Casasses, Pau Riba o Josep Pedrals i en què era pràcticament l'única dona.
