Dolphins Slight Ranking Shift, Still Near Bottom | Miami News

Miami Dolphins’ Week 1 loss to the Raiders didn’t spark a full-on ranking revival, but it did nudge some outlets to move them off the absolute bottom—now four of ten major sites have them out of last place, though they’re still stuck around 30th overall. With a struggling offense, lackluster playmakers on defense, and a rookie linebacker’s solid debut barely offsetting the team’s woes, expectations for South Florida fans remain grim. Meanwhile, their next opponent, the 49ers, are ranked among the league’s elite—making the Dolphins’ outlook even bleaker as the season looms ahead.
