This week we interviewed Lynda Petterwood. Lynda is an empowerment coach who works one day a week in a domestic violence shelter supporting women to rebuild their self-worth and teaching them how to break repeating patterns. After being one of eleven children in her own family and surviving domestic violence in the home, Lynda has dedicated her life to helping others rebuild and know that they have value.
