Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Did you know that 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men in the U.S. will experience severe physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime? October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Mayor Duckett recently sat down with representatives from the Family Crisis Center, New Beginnings, and the Farmington Police Department Victim Assistance Program to discuss this critical issue.
