Send us Fan MailRich and Kim say goodbye to June in the June 30th episode of Dominoes Effect with more tips and tools to make the aging process easier.  Of course, then there are the politics....can't skip that!Try the 3-Ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe and let us know what you think13-Ingredient Peanut Butter CookiesPrep Time:15 minsCook Time:10 minsTotal Time:25 minsServings:24 -  Yields 2 dozen cookiesIngredients:1 cup peanut butter1 cup white sugar (or one cup of Splenda Original Granulated Sweetener)1 large eggDirections:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet.4.       Flatten each with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.  Sprinkle a pinch of sugar on cookies before baking, if desired. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are firm, about 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet briefly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.Enjoy!
