I’m not sharing just any ‘ol speaker tape, no I’m sharing one of my most beloved 12 Step talks of all time. One of the most important and impactful truths I learned and have implemented in my recovery is that I don’t have to act the way I feel, or as the co-host Jason puts it, feelings aren’t facts. Don M from Kentucky talks about emotions and how they ruled his life prior to implementing the spiritual practices of 12 Step recovery.
