His endurance and resilience have also earned him a podium finish at the Badwater 135, recognized as "The World's Toughest Footrace." Furthermore, Don's international representation includes being a member of the 2017 U.S. Spartathlon team, enduring a 153-mile race from Athens to Sparta, and his invitation to the prestigious 2019 Backyard World Championship. Don's racing accolades continue with numerous top finishes, such as securing the first place in the Coldwater Rumble 52 Mile in 2021, 2022, and 2023, as well as victories in the Salt Flats Endurance Run 50K in 2021, and the Lean Horse 100 mile in 2019. He also proudly finished as the 2nd place runner in the 2017 Keys 100 mile and is a celebrated Leadville Leadman Finisher.
