We are dedicating this podcast to the people of Ukraine and Somalia--just two examples which represent the horrors of inhumanity, hatred and violence in the world. While the leader of Russia sleeps in a warm bed with a full belly, he dictates the bombing of infants and children, leaving them without heat, food or water as winter grips Europe. In Africa, similar evil persists. Our show expresses the joy and hope for better life in thee places and throughout the world. In a previous podcast I included my arrangement of MARCH SLAV  which was composed by the great Ukrainian composer, Tchaikovsky. I have reprised it. Dr. Belinda Miles and I are promoting our upcoming show on December 17th at the NE Bronx YMCA--a citadel against our own urban terrorism, violence and disorder. Imagine: my arrangements of Sleigh Ride and Frosty  depict uttter happiness and fun, in stark contrast to the war(s) at home and abroad.   Belinda sings a poignant strain of Dona Nobis followed by an original of hers called SO DEEP. Yes, there exists optimism and love amidst the often bitter vicissitudes of the real world. SLEIGH RIDE and FROSTY are arrangements by Bevin Turnbull

The Skinny with Jesus Bevin Caramello The Skinny with Jesus is a call ministry born out of Bevin Caramello’s daily time with God and a vision He gave her to create a training call for Him. Over the years, as she listened to numerous training calls to grow her business, God combined her business savvy with her love and quest for Him, along with a fierce love for women’s ministry, to design a platform only He could have dreamed up. The Skinny with Jesus is a place to dial in throughout the week to hear a 15-20 minute, devotion style message, to realign your midweek with God’s Word. Welcome to “Be My Neighbor.” Our neighborly duties are to provide real life solutions and practices that elevate and inspire, but also remind us to not take it all too seriously.  We’re real life neighbors that quickly learned that you simply cannot do it on your own, living in a competitive and fast paced environment like New York City.We don’t just share the sugar, we serve up the real tea. Each week, we invite you into the apartment along with our metaphorical and literal neighbors to share advice on how we get through this thing called life. From navigating relationships to building a career, we want you to recognize and embrace the best version of YOU. We want you to know that your “crazy” is ok, and that you’re definitely not alone. Our door is always open, and we want you to know... we’ve got your back.
