Every time I read the latest crisis of the day from the Chaos Demon, I get so pissed. It wears on my mental health.I’ve worked really hard to not allow Ayatollah Complaini to dominate my thoughts 24-7. I attempt to give myself a little downtime and still enjoy a few things in my life. But I do have to read, write, and speak about him constantly. So it’s a juggling act, protecting my mental health.Some days, I feel that I’m losing the battle.But I fight on.
