今年還沒結束，但歐洲聯盟氣候監測機構11月9日表示，2024年將是歷來最熱的一年，上一個最熱年份是2023年，顯見氣候暖化問題仍在惡化，減碳與碳交易制度箭在弦上。根據一份最新報告指出，東南亞國家協會(ASEAN)有潛力在2050年底前開發出價值3兆美元(約新台幣97兆3290億元)的碳市場，每年能移除約11億噸當量的二氧化碳。不過從2009年至2024年間，東協僅占全球碳信用額度發行量的7%。自然界碳匯將是未來重要資源，但能減多少碳還需要更多研究；交易制度還在起步階段，要讓企業願意積極投入，未來仍有長路要走。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
