7일 국회 국정조사 특별위원회가 최순실 우병우 등 불출석 증인 11명에 대한 ´동행명령장´을 발부했다. 동행명령장이란 국회 국정조사의 증인·참고인이 정당한 이유 없이 출석을 거부할 경우 이들을 부를 수 있도록 만들어진 제도이다. 이날 국회 직원들은 우병우 전 수석에게 동행명령장을 전달하기 위해 약 1시간 동안 빌라 안에 있었으나 아무런 인기척이 없어 발걸음을 돌렸다.
