동사섭은 1980년 겨울 첫번째 수련을 시작하여 크게는 10 회 정도, 세밀한 부분에서는 100 회 이상 업그레이드를 거듭하였습니다. 34 년 동안 2 만 명의 수련생을 배출한 동사섭은 환희와 함께 아픔도 겪었습니다. 최근에는 조계종의 공식 교육프로그램으로 지정되었습니다.
