The trial for Donna Adelson, the grandmother from Miami, accused of conspiring to murder Florida State University Law Professor Dan Markel is beginning. Dan was in the middle of a bitter custody battle with Donna's daughter, Wendi Adelson. Donna's trial was supposed to begin in September 2024 but was delayed.
