Donna Adelson's Fight for Bail, New Attorney's & More!

Donna Adelson's new lawyers are filed several motions, including a motion to suppress a jail call that led to her arrest, and a motion for bail/bond, arguing that she is not a flight risk. The Judge is very firm with the June 2025 trial date but Donna wants bail before the trial begins stating it is hard to communicate with her attorneys while in custody, getting harassed by inmates and needs special medical care. The judge has set a hearing to make a determination about bail on February 26th.
