Today she's at The Washington Post, working on compensation, pay equity, job architecture, and how AI is reshaping the way we design jobs.But her résumé only tells you a sliver of the story. Donna has chaired committees at the Kennedy Center, led Rockville Sister Cities International, judged international competitions, and worked behind the scenes on productions like the Kennedy Center Honors and a presidential inauguration.
