מֵאֵימָתַי אוֹכְלִין פֵּרוֹת הָאִילָן בַּשְּׁבִיעִית, הַפַּגִּים מִשֶּׁיַּזְרִיחוּ, אוֹכֵל בָּהֶם פִּתּוֹ בַּשָּׂדֶה. בִּחֲלוּ, כּוֹנֵס לְתוֹךְ בֵּיתוֹ. וְכֵן כַּיּוֹצֵא בָהֶם בִּשְׁאָר שְׁנֵי שָׁבוּעַ, חַיָּב בַּמַּעַשְׂרוֹת: /// הַבֹּסֶר, מִשֶּׁהֵבִיא מַיִם, אוֹכֵל בּוֹ פִּתּוֹ בַּשָּׂדֶה. הִבְאִישׁ, כּוֹנֵס לְתוֹךְ בֵּיתוֹ. וְכֵן כַּיּוֹצֵא בוֹ בִּשְׁאָר שְׁנֵי שָׁבוּעַ, חַיָּב בְּמַעַשְׂרוֹת:
