Donny Thivierge 'Gucci' | Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Athlete | Leading Edge MMA | 341| thamichaelated Donny Thivierge A.K.A 'Gucci' joins us toniiiiight in THA Schtudio as he prepares for the 'Quintet Challenge' on Saturday 1st April 2023 at Winnipeg Academy of Mixed Martial Arts in Brandon, Manitoba.  Donny is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete who also teaches over 120 kids at Leading Edge with Marc Perrier, Thunder Bay. He started training at 21 years of age and knows that in Jiu Jitsu you cannot fake your ability or fitness to fight as the sport is extremely humbling and rewarding. On this episode of thamichaelated Show we also talked about when the one and only Morgan Frazer was in THA Schtudio and the guidance and support he offered to athletes in town while he was here.  Donny is excited to fight in the submission only grappling 'Quintet Challenge' in the Brandon Bouts as he has been training extensively! Gucci knows that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is 90 percent a mental sport like chess.
