In this episode, I beg members of the libertarian and voluntaryist communities NOT to be a "jailhouse lawyer." If you have legal problems, hire a lawyer who is objective and competent enough to handle your case.  If you do prosecute or defend your own case, write briefs in the "IRAC" form. Write succinctly and PUT THAT THESAURUS DOWN. Finally, if you are going to go full ancap in the courtroom, for the love of God, don't argue from positive law.  This episode is not to be construed as legal advice.
