Don't Buy A House Anytime Soon

The writing is on the wall, this is the worst time in history to buy a house, but somehow I'm still able to do great deals in a ton of markets. The economy is in the tank and interest rates are impossible to overcome. But there is an interesting strategy that I'm using to help me and my partners to strike deals that are going to out-pace anything that future deals could do.
