Don't Call It Failure

In this heartfelt episode, Kathy reflects on a season when she was asked to step into a leadership role—and the surprising reaction that followed. It stirred up old feelings of failure… but also reminded her of God’s truth: He doesn’t waste anything. Whether you’ve started something and stepped away, or stayed in a role longer than God intended, this message is for you. God works in seasons, and His timing—not ours—is perfect. Be encouraged to release the shame, recognize the growth, and rest in the truth that nothing you’ve walked through is beyond His redeeming grace. 🤍 A gentle reminder that obedience isn’t about perfection—it’s about surrender.
