Don't Commit To This in KNOCKED UP
from The Grand Gesture
To celebrate the birth of our new podcast, hosts Dave and Mike welcome guest Kristen Lopez of Journeys in Classic Film to get KNOCKED UP. This 2007 film is perfect for the premise of our show (also it's all we've produced at this point) as we discuss the changing response to this movie from both audiences and creators alike. Was Katherine Heigl onto something with this romocom's portrayal of women as the buzzkill to Seth Rogen and Paul Rudd shenanigans? Or do we need to mansplain this genre so we can all go back to a simpler time before Mr. Skin? Find out this and more in the first episode of THE GRAND GESTURE!
