Hey, that's life as an entrepreneur and a leader. Having said that, a lot of times, the right decision when you are genuinely uncertain about something is to test the alternatives. As an analytics person, we tell our clients all the time that the best way to make good market decisions is to test the alternatives. To A/B test, to multivariable test, to test different ways of getting things done.
