Don't Drink The Kool Aid

'A minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips.' When we sip the Kool-Aid, it is hard to think of anything but the sweetness. But flip to the back of the package and we are quickly reminded its lack of all nutritional value. How much more do our words and actions, spoken deliciously in the heat of the moment, wither from our mouths. In Ephesians, Paul tells us to "not let any unwholesome talk come out of [our] mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up..."
