This episode don't give it all away is referring to feeling selfish when you have something that somebody else wants and you feel the need to give it to them.  It's teaching us how to put ourselves first and not feel selfish about it because the truth is when you put yourself first and you can count on you and you're more happy more secure, than you can be there more fully for everybody else, you can be there more present and it relates to every area in your life.
