Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with fellow mentee Sophie Greenslade. Sophie takes us through her fitness journey which started at age 18 and forced her to challenge herself. During this time she was at university studying psychology alongside training and decided to take the plunge and pursue a career in coaching. Beginning with an approach of wanting to experience everything her clients experienced. She decided to spend a few years competing and learning in that spectrum so she will be able to train from an understanding of having experienced both ends of the spectrum. Having lived in Dubai for the past 5 years, it is testimony that Sophie is a true believer in moving away from her comfort zone and stepping into the challenge. She continues to show commitment in her journey which also, motivates her clients to unlock their potential.
