TITLE: Don’t let Wednesdays Suck - usually by mid week I am wrecked but that has changed! THE STORY: Usually by Wednesday or Thursday my body and mind is wrecked. The combination of walking in the morning and hardcore crossfit at night, kids, work, life.... for a number of weeks I have been frustrated that mid week I felt like shit. I dont believe it has to be that way. The story I ran was this is normal.. three days of pushing... I am going to feel rough. But rough did not translate to earned powerful presence for me. It reflected a necessity to sedate in stories for how I felt Be tough, suck it up, don’t bitch .... being a man is about feeling beat up and pushing through.... Now two weeks into a training program I am creating I feel powerful - I have a sense of earned presence. It is the first time in a long time I felt good regardless of what day it was be it Wednesday, Friday, Monday.. CONSIDER THIS: What if everyday you could wake up - Clear headed! Focused! Motivated! Driven! The opposite of what so many define as hump day... Why live for Friday when you can live for today??????? MY QUESTION FOR YOU IS THIS: What can you change today so that tomorrow you wake up a little brighter, a little lighter with a few less stories and excuses needed to be all you are meant to be? How you sleep? How you eat? How you hydrate? How you prepare for the next day before calling it a day? How you start your day? It’s on you to own up and embrace each day!
