Don’t Let Your Past Define Your Future w/Lance Essihos EP 371

from University of Adversity

In this episode, Lance talks about how it’s an exciting season for him as he is going through shifts in his personal life and in his business. He discusses what makes a past decision a good one versus a bad one. People tend to attach outcomes to the decisions that they make and therefore, qualify their decisions as good or bad based on the outcome. But Lance has a different take on this. He challenged this thought process and said what appears to be a failure might be good in the long term and what seems good now might not be the best in the long run. If a decision you made didn’t work out, maybe it’s holding you back from potentially something even greater. Therefore, it’s important to have a bigger vision and expand our imagination. He then mentioned that he does not sit around regretting his decisions as he did what was best at that moment and learned from those experiences.  IN THIS EPISODE, YOU WILL LEARN:🔥 00:43 What I like about my new place in Miami🔥 01:53 What I learned from the Gobundance Conference 🔥 03:24 What makes a decision we make good or bad🔥 10:24 On what basis do we make our decisions 🔥 15:30 What Entrepreneurship has taught me  🎧  Subscribe & Listen on Apple Podcasts & Spotify!👉🏼 AVAILABLE ON ALL PODCAST PLATFORMS 👈🏼📺 Subscribe to the University of Adversity Podcast YouTube Channel ⏬ LINK IN THE COMMENTS BELOW ⏬
