DON’T LOSE FAITH

from Good News Daily · host Uebert and Beverly Angel

DON’T LOSE FAITHMark 1:11-13 (KJV)And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness. And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him. Notice how immediately after the Lord Jesus was confirmed as God’s beloved Son, He faced temptation. This is very telling of how the life of a Christian is. Have you ever noticed how sometimes, right after something good happens, you face immediate negative backlash? That’s exactly how the enemy works. The idea is for you to lose faith in God.When God confirms you as a businessman, pastor, spouse, marriage material, politician, expect resistance, even from friends and family. Jesus was tempted like you; He faced wild beasts of life just like you, BUT HE OVERCAME!Don’t lose faith. You’ve already overcome!PROPHETIC DECLARATION I shall never lose faith, no matter the resistance I face. I have overcome every wild beast in spiritual wildernesses; I am a champion through Christ. Hallelujah!FURTHER STUDY 1 Corinthians 10:13; John 16:33365 BIBLE CHALLENGE – DAY 12Genesis 25-26; Matthew 8:1-17
