FINALLY, I got this chance to. All around me, I have been seeing people my age and younger who are losing themselves physically and it is painful to watch. The icing on the cake was when I saw one of my former classmates back in secondary and the shame he was in, I felt I needed to speak to him. Obviously in a RESPECTFUL way! I have known him throughout secondary and he was a very fit and active individual. To see him in that state, this was not a true reflection of him. After speaking to him, he has taken my advice onboard and he has said he will make drastic changes. Obviously, when it comes to weight, it is a sensitive topic and I understand that but if people need help and support, it is important to provide them that support in an encouraging way. This is about health and whilst we chase all the money in the world, without good health, this becomes very pointless. I hope this video resonates and helps a lot of people.
