Don’t Manipulate the Seat
from The Spark Hosted by Sandra Carroll
💬 “Just because a door opens doesn’t mean it’s your door.” In this episode of The Spark Podcast, Sandra C. Carroll continues the STRIKE series with a timely word on discernment after the promise. After God has already declared the victory, the enemy often shows up not with resistance — but with counterfeit opportunities. Doors that look aligned. Invitations that show up right after prayer. Options that feel spiritual but carry no peace. Sandra shares a personal story of praying for clarity, receiving an opportunity that came too fast, and learning the importance of not manipulating the seat. She also unpacks how obedience, inner work, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit help us distinguish between what looks good and what is God. 🔥 In this episode: Why not every open door is alignment How counterfeit offers show up after prayer The danger of rushing ahead of God Learning to strike with confidence and discernment Trusting God’s timing without forcing outcomes 💡 Takeaway: When God promises the victory, you don’t have to force the seat. What’s aligned will wait. What’s from God will carry peace. 🎧 Listen to The Spark Podcast: https://www.beautyforashesco.co/podcast
