Don’t Miss the Little Things

📖 1 Kings 19:12 – “…and after the fire came a gentle whisper.”It’s often the little things God does that remind us He’s with us—a moment of protection while driving, a quiet answer to prayer, or a sense of peace that calms a troubled heart. Isaiah experienced God in a still, small voice, not in the earthquake or the fire.Some days may feel like nothing “big” happened, but when we choose an attitude of gratitude, we begin to see God’s fingerprints everywhere: waking up without pain, a peaceful home, no arguments, food on the table.Just as Jesus taught us to pray for “daily bread,” we’re called to appreciate the simple provisions of each day. The children of Israel grew tired of their daily bread and missed the miracle in the mundane. Don’t let that be you—look for God in the small things.
