One level up. That's all you need to pass along what you've learned. Sometimes, those are the best lessons, too, since they are closest to where that person is starting. I'm no expert in Muai Thai or sparring, but I was able to help a couple people who never did it before and they made changes for our next round. I also asked questions of and listened to those with me skill than me to grow in areas I felt less comfortable in. No egos. Just a willingness to grow together.
