I've been getting a lot of messages from colleagues in the #HospitalityIndustry, #EventsIndustry and #TravelIndustry. In many ways than one, regretting the decision to enter into the industry, not anticipating a pandemic. It might be an "existential" struggle but more of a "spiritual" struggle. Upskilling and exploring the options at hand are fantastic ways to get started. So don't beat yourself up, build yourself up.
