“Send Coach John a message”Another gem tossed out from Coach Mark Hickie (@MPHickie)  and his thoughts on the quote he shared was this: “A message for today … Don't settle for less. Look at your life today. Identify what needs to change & take action now. It’s never too late to start, no matter how tough it may seem. Keep pushing forward.
