This week on The Marvelous Middle Age Podcast I’m joined by Megan Knatz, an Enneagram Type Seven.Megan Knatz is a busy mom, wife, business owner and entrepreneur.  She is a devoted animal rescue and shelter supporter and she also happens to be my sister! In today’s episode, we talk about the Core Motivations for an Enneagram Seven.  Enneagram Sevens are the Entertaining Optimists and they are adventurous, spontaneous and avoid anything that feels limiting.  We also discuss the stress and growth paths of an Enneagram Seven. In growth Sevens move towards the healthy type Five and in stress Sevens move towards an unhealthy type One.
