My motivation is to find what wrong, ask why it went wrong so as not to repeat history, and then move to implement a well thought-out and strategic change that has a proven history of working, meaning that the change that is being implemented is netting the results intended, or in this case commanded.We must know ourselves by now which is the main failure in a system is humanity. I mean think about it, we have the god-fearing working right next to the God doesn’t exist-ers or doesn’t care-ers. Is it any wonder how we get anything done with the existing toxicity of “influence”, yes influence, it is the game changer. What we are influenced by determines the strength of our original core values.
