Don't Try This Alone!
from Lane Brown @ Chandler Street Hosted by Lane Brown
What if one of the biggest things missing from your faith isn't something you need to learn, but something you need to experience? Following Jesus was never meant to be a spectator sport or a journey we take alone. In Philippians 1–2, we discover how Paul, Timothy, Epaphroditus, and the early church shared something greater than themselves. They stood together through opposition, supported one another through sacrifice, and experienced the joy of participating in God's mission. And here's the surprising part: When we participate in Christ's work, we're not simply accomplishing something for God. God is accomplishing something in us! Join us at Chandler Street Church of Christ in Kilgore, Texas, as we explore three simple challenges: PRAY AS PARTNERS. GO WITH SOMEONE. STAY IN IT TOGETHER. Because we were made to do this together! Scripture: Philippians 1:3–7, 1:27–30; 2:5–13, 2:19–30 #DontTryThisAlone #FollowingJesus #ChristianFaith #Philippians #ChurchFamily
