(DON'T!) TURN OFF THE HOUSE, POOL
from HERE COMES THE BACKKLASH Hosted by POOLHOUSE
Poolhouse is BACKK. But did he ever or go away….did YOU??? Has ANY TIME AT ALL passed since our last broadcast dance, dear backklashista? Nevermind all that – this is a TAKECEL TRANSMISSION! Erm..no…a WARTIME BROADCAST (can we even call them “Emergency” after 30 or so days?) No….Poolhouse, the great wizard of Time that he is, always navigates at COSMIC NORTH – perpetually adrift at the point in between…. Like an ultra sour candy from the mall candy shoppe, it’s HERE COMES THE BACKKLASH: coming on with pucker-inducing absurdity, only to mellow out to blissfully sweet sermons to soothe your Sunday morning sorrows… Because when you are an OCTOLECTICIAN, there’s always another angle There’s always some new dimensions There’s always a space in between all the seams For you to unravel the truth of the tensions……… Poolhouse: SUBSTACK.COM/@POOLHOUSE INSTAGRAM.COM/DJPOOLHOUSE LINKTR.EE/DJPOOLHOUSE Poolhouse-coded pop art sour candy: Episode Mixtape Robyn – Between the Lines (Louis Vega Remix) Inner City – Good Life Alan Vega - Saturn Drive Paul Lewis - Girl You Need a Change of Mind (Eddie Hendricks cover) Robyn – Baby Forgive Me (Floorplan Remix) This is a public episode.
