Don’t Use Solosuit.com to Fight State Collection Lawsuits

Brian reviews a video by SoloSuit.com's ( @solosuit ) owner, George Simmons titled "Six Tips for Drafting the Answer in a Debt Collection lawsuit" to see if it matches up to Michigan law or if any of the tips work. The Solo Suit video gives out bad advice based upon completely wrong information and if a consumer follows the SoloSuit instructions, it could potentially cause a Michigan consumer greater harm and damages. In Brian's opinion and after 30 years of practicing law for Michigan and Florida consumers, the Solo Suit video should be titled, "Solo Suit's Six Tips on how to lose a Debt Collection lawsuit in Michigan."
