Q1? The busiest season for my business, every single year, without fail. Why? Because that's right after the holidays....and the holidays SUCK if your baby or toddler can't sleep. The mix of exhaustion during celebrations, judgement from family, and the annual desire to do better this year = it's a sleepy combo that keeps my waitlist long and my days booked.So my challenge to you?
